Winter Vibes || 1/366

The condensation on the bathroom window combined with the 4:00pm winter light made for a very cool looking scene. I grabbed a tripod and did this quick self portrait to start off the new year.

Quarter 2, Year 2 || 2/366

Within 10 minutes of arriving back on campus after a 5 hour drive, I spontaneously decided to hike up to the P to catch the sunset. This hike has become a sort of tradition for me - a way to celebrate the start and end of quarters, midterms, and boring weekend nights.

It rained the whole week so I was experimenting with some macro stuff. Placed a glass of water mixed with oil in front of the window and snapped this picture. The naturally diffused light via clouds made for that blue-feeling mood I love.

Went over to the store and bought a bunch of Christmas lights to liven up our living space. We've been complaining the place doesn't feel "homely" enough, and the lights really do help.

Walking home from my class at 8pm I noticed these flowers illuminated by a white street light. Took my camera out and framed them in front of the building to get that uniform background. I don't normally take pictures of flowers, but I'm happy with how this one turned out.
